Full roof replacement completed in Berwyn Heights, MD. We removed two layers of existing shingles down to the original plank decking. Any damaged or rotten wood was removed and replaced before installing new plywood where needed to ensure a solid foundation. The new roofing system includes ice and water shield at eaves and valleys, synthetic underlayment, new white drip edge, updated pipe and chimney flashings, and Tamko Heritage AR architectural shingles in Virginia Slate.
