The carpet throughout the upstairs of this home developed severe wrinkles. The owners tried to work through the retailer/installation company to resolve the issue, but, as is often the case, the company would not address it. We moved the furniture as necessary and re-stretched the carpet in accordance with written industry standards. We also performed a carpet cleaning of the upstairs.
