Carpet Re-stretching and Stain Removal
We were called by the realtor of this home to stretch out a buckled carpet and also to section out what was thought to be a permanent stain in the carpet of another bedroom. According to the homeowners, the stain was in the carpet before they bought the house, and the carpet had been cleaned three times since then. Upon inspection, it was clear that the buckled carpet had not been stretched during the original installation. We corrected it by re-stretching it to the written standards using a power stretcher. The stain in the other bedroom's carpet appeared to be organic, so we decided to attempt stain removal before cutting into the carpet. We achieved a nearly instant reaction, and after some dwell time of the product, the stain essentially appears to be gone. We saved significant time and money by being able to remove this stain, rather than section the carpet out and drop in a donor piece.
