Correcting a Post Water-Damage Re-install

The homeowners experienced water intrusion, followed by a mitigation process. Unfortunately, they were dissatisfied with the subcontractors who were responsible for re-installing the carpet. As a result, they contacted us to address the issues since the original subcontractor refused to return. We were able to match the original cushion because the replacement cushion lacked the necessary moisture barrier. Additionally, we corrected bumps caused by overlapping padding and divots resulting from excessive staples, among other problems. We also assured the client that we would return to address any issues related to our work, providing them with peace of mind.
