This homeowner knew the carpet wouldn't be perfect, but just wanted it to be clean and better than it was. Unfortunately, there are a couple of large stains in the middle of the room, where a substance has melted and permanently bonded to the fibers (yes, we tried to remove it). The only way to remove them would be to cut them out and bond in a fill piece of carpet. Even so, we were able to transform this bedroom carpet, making the rest of it look like new again.
