This home had a large section of contaminated carpet cut out. The homeowner did not want to replace the carpet and had plenty of leftover remnant from the installation. We were called out to repair this carpet. We stretched this remnant of carpet out, matching the nap to the existing carpet, and used stay nails to hold the tension while we trimmed, sealed the edges, and constructed the seams. Since the remnant hasn't been exposed to much light or traffic, it will remain visible for a while until it's "broken in". The homeowner also had us clean a set of stairs.
