We performed a complete residential roof replacement in Cutler Bay, addressing both pitched and flat sections of the home. After removing the old materials, we replaced damaged plywood and plank decking to ensure a solid foundation for the new installation. We installed durable architectural asphalt shingles on the main roof while applying a white reflective membrane to the flat surfaces for improved heat resistance. To complete the project, we fitted new white aluminum gutters and downspouts to provide a comprehensive drainage solution and long-lasting protection.
