We completed a full residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Miramar, Florida. Our team performed a comprehensive tear-off of the old tiles and inspected the underlying structure, replacing several sections of plywood decking to ensure a stable foundation. We prioritized durability by installing high-performance Polyglass Polystick MTS Plus self-adhered underlayment to provide superior moisture protection. Following the structural repairs, we installed new tan concrete barrel tiles and matching ridge caps to restore the home's classic aesthetic.
