We completed a comprehensive tile roof replacement for this two-story residential property in Plantation. Our team performed a complete tear-off of the existing terracotta barrel tiles to inspect the underlying roof deck for signs of wear and moisture. We replaced several compromised plywood sheets to ensure a structurally sound foundation for the new roofing system. To ensure maximum weather protection, we applied a Polyglass Polystick self-adhered high-temperature underlayment across the entire surface. We utilized professional-grade sealants around skylights and roof penetrations to provide long-term durability against the Florida elements. The project was completed with a focus on site protection, including debris management and the final installation of updated porch tiling for a refreshed exterior.
