We completed an extensive exterior update for this South Miami home, involving a full roof replacement and a paint the house. Our team removed the existing roof surface, repaired damaged wooden fascia boards and rafters, and prepared the structure for a durable new metal system. We installed a standing seam metal roof over high-performance Polyglass Polystick MTS Plus and XFR underlayment for maximum weather protection. To complement the home’s light blue exterior, we also installed a curved gray interlocking concrete paver driveway that transitions seamlessly into the manicured landscape.
