We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this single-story home in Hollywood, FL. Our team removed the existing damaged shingles and performed extensive repairs to the plywood roof deck, replacing sections of weathered sheathing to ensure a solid structural foundation. We addressed both the sloped architectural sections and the adjoining flat roof areas to provide a cohesive, weather-tight solution for the entire residence. For maximum protection against the elements, we installed Polyglass Polystick MTS Plus high-temperature self-adhered underlayment across the prepared deck. The project was finished with new architectural asphalt shingles in a multi-tonal brown, while the flat surfaces received a durable modified bitumen roofing system. This dual-material approach significantly improved the home's drainage and long-term durability.
