We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this home in Jupiter, transitioning the property to a durable standing seam metal roofing system. Our team performed a full tear-off and replaced several damaged sections of plywood sheathing to ensure the structural integrity of the deck. We also installed new skylights and carefully flashed the roof around the existing screened pool enclosure. To provide superior moisture protection, we applied Polyglass Polystick XFR and MTS Plus self-adhered underlayment across the entire surface. We utilized premium sealants around the chimney and all vertical posts to protect the home from heavy rain and coastal winds.
