Roof Inspection & Insurance Support – Utah Storm Damage Claim

In this project, our team was brought in as a building consultant after the homeowner’s initial insurance claim for storm damage was denied. The roof had sustained damage from recent wind and hail events, but the insurer claimed there was no qualifying damage. We conducted a comprehensive, photo-documented roof inspection, carefully assessing every slope and roofing component to identify and record signs of impact-related wear and storm-related damage. Our Role: Thorough Inspection: We inspected the entire roof system, including shingles, flashing, vents, and penetrations, to document all signs of storm damage that may have been missed during the original adjuster’s inspection. Detailed Evidence Compilation: Our team created a clear, organized set of inspection photos and supporting notes to demonstrate the extent and pattern of the damage. Insurance Support: Acting as the homeowner’s building consultant, we helped provide the documentation and technical explanation needed to challenge the denial and move the claim toward approval.
