This project began with a thorough house wash and detailed surface preparation to ensure proper paint adhesion. We applied two coats of high‑quality paint across the entire exterior, including brick, siding, previously painted windows and doors, entry railings, shutters, gutters and downspouts, chimney and chimney cap, soffits, fascia, gables, and gable vents. In addition, we completed essential carpentry repairs, replacing damaged wood on the front and right‑side elevations. The result is a durable, refreshed exterior with improved protection and a polished, cohesive appearance.
