This project focused on a targeted living room transformation, delivering a clean, updated look while maintaining durability and indoor air quality. Our team applied two coats of Sherwin-Williams ProMar 200 Zero VOC to the walls in an eggshell finish, following thorough prep and sanding to ensure a smooth, even application. This low‑VOC product provides a refined appearance with reduced odor, making it ideal for interior living spaces. The ceiling was refreshed with two coats of ProMar 200 Zero VOC in a flat finish, including full prep, sanding, caulking, and cleaning. The flat sheen helps minimize the visibility of surface imperfections while creating a bright, uniform overhead finish. For all trim elements—including doors, windows, and baseboards—we used Sherwin-Williams ProClassic Waterborne Interior in a semi-gloss finish. This coating delivers a smooth, durable surface that resists wear while adding subtle contrast against the walls. The result is a fresh, cohesive living room space with improved brightness, smooth finishes, and long-lasting performance—completed with careful attention to detail from prep through final coat.
