When our clients purchased this home, the area shown in the original photo was one large, unused open space. Rather than spending over $1 million for a comparable home with five bedrooms and an office, they purchased this home for under $700,000 and hired us to make the existing square footage work for their family. We designed and built two private home offices while preserving the home’s open feel and matching its existing architectural details. The project included new walls, arched openings, glass French doors, electrical work, drywall, trim, paint and flooring repairs. The finished spaces gave the family the functionality they needed while adding significant value compared to similarly priced homes in the area.
