We completed an extensive multi-level renovation in Louisville, adding new functional, modern spaces. In the basement, we executed a full kitchen, guest bathroom and bedroom, a dedicated home gym, a custom home theater room, family room with a fireplace and a sports-themed game area. The kitchen features dark wood cabinetry paired with a large white quartz waterfall island and professional-grade stainless steel appliances to create a cohesive design throughout the home. The project extended into the main level, where we built out a custom recreation suite featuring a dedicated home gym, a theater room, and a sports-themed game area. In the gym and theater ceilings we installed integrated LED accent lighting connected to smart control system. The guest bathroom features gray double vanities, floating wood shelves, and walk-in, curbless shower with decorative mosaic tile niches and pebble flooring. On the main floor we created a pocket office, laundry, mudroom with a bathroom. This main floor addition helped create a more organized and functional space for this family. These high-end finishes and thoughtfully designed zones provide a durable and versatile environment for both daily living and entertaining.
