We completed three distinct phases of improvements at this Sulphur property. First, we performed roof repairs and resealed existing skylights on the primary residence, while also refinishing exterior window trim, rebuilding custom shades, and removing an obsolete chimney stack. We then constructed a new pressure-treated wood deck with a matching railing system and ramp, further enhancing the home's exterior with window and door sealing to improve weatherproofing. Finally, we constructed a new wash bay by framing an enclosed passage between two existing metal outbuildings, installing a new roof and siding to create a functional, covered workspace. We also upgraded the property's drainage by installing new 6-inch seamless gutters to ensure effective water management.
