We completed a full residential roof replacement for a home in Lawton, beginning with a complete tear-off to inspect the structural integrity of the existing roof deck. To meet local building code requirements, we installed new 7/16-inch (OSB) sheathing over the existing slat decking. This process ensured a solid, compliant foundation for the new roofing system. Following the decking installation, we applied GAF FeltBuster synthetic underlayment to provide a moisture-resistant barrier. As a GAF certified contractor, we are able to provide GAF's limitless wind warranty. We use GAF components to qualify this roof for the best warranty in the industry. We then installed high-performance architectural asphalt shingles, along with necessary metal flashing, ridge vents, and plumbing vent pipes to ensure proper ventilation and drainage. This replacement improved both the structural durability and the weather protection of the property.
