We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this brick home near Elmore City. Our team removed two layers of old asphalt shingles and addressed significant water damage and wood rot discovered along the roofline. We replaced several sheets of deteriorated roof decking and installed new cedar fascia and wood soffits around the entire perimeter to restore the structure's integrity. After preparing the deck and replacing rotted wood, we installed a new GAF HDZ Class 3 shingle system including a water diverter/cricket on the brick chimney. The project also involved replacing worn fascia boards with durable cedar to prevent future moisture penetration. The final result is a weather-tight roofing system designed for long-term durability and protection.
