We completed a comprehensive roof replacement for this beautiful home near the golf coarse in Sulphur, due to storm damage that it had experienced. Our team performed a full tear-off of the old shingles, inspected the structural decking, and prepared the surface for a high-performance upgrade. We also corrected the existing mixed ventilation system. At the homeowner's request, we eliminated the problematic skylight. We are working on the interior today, to finish the skylight elimination. We needed to do some sheet rock work on the ceiling. While we were there, we replaced the rotted siding and damaged flashing on the chimney.
