We completed a full roof replacement on this public facility at CNRA Point in Sulphur, Oklahoma. Our team removed the existing weathered wood shake shingles and deteriorated underlayment to expose the original roof deck for a thorough inspection. We identified and repaired several areas of rotted wood and replaced damaged decking with new lumber to ensure a stable foundation. After preparing the deck, we installed high-performance Titanium UDL 25 synthetic underlayment to provide superior moisture protection. The project was finished with a durable Silver Ag Panel metal roofing system, complete with new flashing and a metal drip edge. This transition from wood shakes to a modern metal system offers the park structure long-term durability and matches the ranger station that sits across the parking lot.
