Decra Shake XD Install and Full General Contracting project in one of Arlington's beautiful communities
August 2026
We completed a comprehensive residential roof replacement for this single-story home in Arlington. Our team removed the aged roofing material and installed new Decra Metal Shake XD System across the entire pitched surface, including the hip ridges and valleys. We focused on ensuring a watertight seal around the prominent red brick chimney and various roof penetrations. Along with the replacement, the Attic got a new install of Open Cell Foam insulation to insure years of HVAC saving and manageable cooling and heating bills for years to come. Gutter system was upgraded to 6 inch and 3" x 4" downspouts and high functioning gutter guards for debris management. The exterior of the home also got a fresh paint makeover along with some brick and stucco work. The chimney also got a makeover with Brick and mortar work and seal along with a Custom Chimney Chase.
