First United Roofing undertook a Very Massive Storm Damage Project for a Factory in Arlington. Uber Complicated as this factory is one of the only of its kind so they run 3 shifts in 24 hours and the building & the business had to be open while the work went on. This was massively complicated as the roof was original (1960) to the building (so 5 layers and weak metal decking) and suffered a huge microburst storm that took 1/2 of the roof off the building! a 2 month project lasted 6 months!!! Our crews had to work in small sections, wait for the shift to finish and then start the other section, etc! The outcome was amazing, the insurance company was happy to pay the big bill (Kind off;))as they did not have to pay for 2 months of the factory to be shut down! Full Roof Replacement, Decking, Skylights, Gutters, HVAC Units, Exhaust Fans, framing, etc
