This Client originally had a half-bath with a poorly located washer and dryer and an unused wet bar. We gave them a full bath, by installing a brand new walk-in shower in place of the washer/dryer and relocated the washer/dryer to the wet bar area. Not only does their home function much better overall, they've increased their equity as well!
