Golf Course Mansion on the Green, in the Heart Of Corpus Christi

This amazing customer has an unbelievable historic home built by the Chapman family. She loved the look of the home and the patina of the old concrete tile roof. Unfortunately, the roofing system had failed and was leaking in several areas. The Bayfront crew removed her historic tile very carefully. We made all needed repairs and installed our Bullet-Proof Tile underlayment then we Re-Installed her original tile, cleaned it up a bit and now look how she shines!!
