ICW Waterfront Remodel

In Aransas Pass right off the Intercoastal Waterway lies this beautiful Stucco home. This beautiful home needed a face lift and Bayfront loves to do exactly that. We removed and rebuilt all the fascia and soffit and swapped it out for the long lasting and maintenance free James Hardie fascia and soffit. We also performed some much needed stucco repairs. The old roof was replaced with a Lifetime Guaranteed Bayfront Bullet Proof roof and the walk out patios over living space was stripped and replaced with long lasting composite wood decking from Trex Decking over our Modified Bitumen roof.
