Island Time Modernized

This Island home had a great location and great Bones but the home owners wanted a more modern look and feel. They were worried because they have not had good luck with contractors on this project prior to Bayfront. They wanted the look of the home to be changed with some construction to be done. They wanted the mediterranean arches replaced with modern lines. We at Bayfront Roofing and Construction love this kind of work. We love the difference it made! The before and after pictures are amazing and the customers could not be more pleased. We installed all new composite decking on the walkout balcony. We built a new boat house and cover with new stainless steel cable railings throughout. We removed the old fireplace and chimney because who needs a fireplace on a tropical Island! The all new larger square windows look fantastic and open up their waterfront view in every room. Wish we could do this work everyday!
