POP the TOP and Blow off some Steam!

This island retreat had a ventilation issue. Like so many homes here in the Coastal Bend the ventilation system had not been properly designed. The vents were poorly placed and the attic was blistering. The lack of air movement was causing condensation and water collection in the attic and that was passing through the drywall and manifesting in the home. We popped the top and let her breath. Now she is staying cool on the island.
