Waterfront Walkout Waterproofed!

This beautiful home on North Beach Corpus Christi had a large upstairs walkout patio. The underside was stucco for a finished look, however, the previous contractor had not properly water proofed the upper deck and most of the structure had rotted away and was in serious disrepair. Bayfront Crew fixed them Right Up! TPO membrane for full waterproofing protection and down goes Trex composite decking. Beautiful! She Loves It!!
