This business owner was moving into a new warehouse and office space - his first order of action was to replace the roof before renovating his new space. After getting 3 bids from commercial roofing companies in RI and MA, he chose Rinaldi Brothers to install a new TPO membrane roofing system. After removing multiple layers of tar, gravel and saturated insulation board, we were able to replace some of the rotten steel decking, install new tapered polyiso insulation boards, fascia and commercial gutters to get this building ready for new ownership and operations!
