GSHA Services, LTD installed a new Carrier Comfort 14 central air conditioner (model 26SCA424N003, 2 ton) with a Comfort Aire SCC1836AS1A horizontal cased coil for a homeowner in McHenry, IL. Because the air handler is mounted horizontally in the attic, our technicians fitted the new horizontal coil in line with the existing system, set the Comfort 14 condenser on a level pad beside the house, ran a new refrigerant lineset and electrical disconnect, pressure-tested and evacuated the system, and charged it with Puron refrigerant to factory specifications before verifying airflow and temperature split. The Carrier Comfort 14 series delivers dependable, efficient cooling with quiet operation and a 10-year parts limited warranty when registered. GSHA Services, LTD provides air conditioning installation, AC replacement, and HVAC repair in McHenry, Johnsburg, Wonder Lake, Crystal Lake, Woodstock, Lakemoor, Island Lake, and throughout McHenry County, IL.
