GSHA Services, LTD replaced the complete heating and cooling system at a townhome on Groton Court in Schaumburg, IL with a Carrier Infinity 98 modulating gas furnace, a matched Carrier evaporator coil and a new Carrier air conditioner. Working in a tight utility closet, our technicians removed the old equipment, set the new high-efficiency furnace, ran new PVC intake and exhaust venting, brazed and pressure-tested the refrigerant line set, installed a new condensate drain and trap, connected the gas line with a new shutoff, wired the outdoor condenser and disconnect, and commissioned the system with a new Carrier thermostat. Static pressure, gas pressure and temperature rise were all measured and set to spec before we cleaned up. A Carrier Infinity 98 delivers up to 98% AFUE efficiency with quiet variable-speed comfort and qualifies for utility rebates. GSHA Services is a Carrier and Lennox dealer providing furnace and air conditioner installation, HVAC repair and maintenance, plumbing and electrical services in Schaumburg, Hoffman Estates, Palatine, Roselle, Streamwood, Elk Grove Village and throughout Cook County, Illinois.
