GSHA Services, LTD replaced a complete heating and cooling system for a homeowner in Woodstock, IL with a Carrier Performance 97 modulating gas furnace (59TP7A100V2122, 97% AFUE, variable-speed blower), a Carrier Comfort 14 air conditioner (26SCA442N003, 3.5 ton), a matched Carrier CAAVU4221AMA evaporator coil, and a Healthy Climate HCC16-28 whole-house media air cleaner. Our Carrier-trained installers removed the old equipment, set the new furnace and coil with sealed transitions and a new condensate drain, installed the condenser on a level pad with a new lineset and disconnect, and commissioned the system by verifying gas pressure, temperature rise, refrigerant charge, and static pressure. The Performance 97 furnace modulates its output in small steps for even, quiet heat and the highest efficiency available, and the homeowner qualified for a Nicor Gas utility rebate and Carrier Cool Cash savings. GSHA Services, LTD is a Carrier dealer providing furnace installation, air conditioner installation, and HVAC repair in Woodstock, Crystal Lake, McHenry, Bull Valley, Wonder Lake, Marengo, Harvard, and throughout McHenry County, IL.
