GSHA Services, LTD repaired a central air conditioning system at a home on Cord Grass Trail in Woodstock, IL after the homeowner reported warm air from the vents. Our HVAC technician diagnosed the indoor air handler and thermostat, then opened the outdoor condensing unit, removed the fan top and inspected the compressor, contactor and wiring. The failed electrical component was replaced, the condenser coil was cleaned of cottonwood and debris, refrigerant pressures were checked and the fan and compressor amp draws were verified against the data plate before the unit was reassembled and test-run. The system was cooling with a proper temperature split when we left. Fast, honest AC diagnostics with flat-rate pricing are what Woodstock homeowners count on from GSHA. We provide air conditioning repair, AC maintenance and tune-ups, furnace and heat pump service, ductless mini-splits and complete HVAC system replacement in Woodstock, Bull Valley, Crystal Lake, McHenry, Wonder Lake, Harvard, Marengo and throughout McHenry County, Illinois.
