GSHA Services, LTD repaired a central air conditioner that had stopped cooling for a homeowner in Hainesville, IL. Our HVAC technician connected gauges to the outdoor condenser, found the older R-22 system low on refrigerant, inspected the line set and service valves for leaks, added R-22 refrigerant to the manufacturer's specified superheat and subcooling, and verified temperature split at the registers so the home was cooling again the same afternoon. Because R-22 is being phased out and is increasingly expensive, we also reviewed replacement options with the homeowner, who chose a new Lennox air conditioner installation the following week. Need AC repair, a refrigerant recharge, or a no-cooling diagnostic in Hainesville, Round Lake, Grayslake, or Lake County? GSHA Services offers same-day air conditioning repair with upfront pricing.
