GSHA Services, LTD replaced the heating and cooling systems at a two-flat on West Glenlake Avenue in Chicago, IL with new Lennox equipment. We installed a Lennox Elite EL297V two-stage variable-speed gas furnace with a Lennox CK40HT evaporator coil for the first floor and a Lennox Elite EL18KSLV variable-capacity heat pump outside, giving the home efficient electric heating and cooling with gas backup for the coldest Chicago days. Our technicians set the new furnaces, brazed and evacuated the refrigerant lines, mounted the heat pump on wall brackets in the side yard, ran new condensate and gas piping, wired the disconnects and commissioned each system with new smart touchscreen thermostats. Everything was tested and airflow balanced before we cleaned up. A Lennox heat pump plus furnace hybrid system cuts utility bills and qualifies for federal and utility rebates. GSHA Services is a Lennox and Carrier dealer providing furnace and heat pump installation, air conditioning replacement, HVAC repair, plumbing and electrical services in Chicago, Edgewater, Rogers Park, Evanston, Skokie, Lincolnwood and throughout Cook County, Illinois.
