GSHA Services, LTD installed a premium Lennox dual-fuel comfort system for a homeowner in Inverness, IL. The system pairs a Dave Lennox Signature SLP99V variable-capacity gas furnace (model SLP99UH110XV60C, up to 99% AFUE, the most efficient furnace Lennox makes) with a Lennox Elite EL21KLV 5-ton variable-capacity heat pump and CK40 cased coil, managed by a Lennox S40 smart thermostat that switches automatically between electric and gas heat for the lowest operating cost. We also installed an AprilAire 720 whole-home humidifier and an AprilAire 1210 media air cleaner, ran new PVC intake and exhaust venting through the exterior wall, and set the heat pump on a new pad with a fresh line set. The homeowner qualified for both Nicor Gas and ComEd air-source heat pump rebates. Looking for a Lennox heat pump, furnace replacement, or dual-fuel HVAC installation in Inverness, Barrington, Palatine, or the northwest Chicago suburbs?
