GSHA Services, LTD performed annual maintenance on a Navien NPE-series condensing tankless water heater for a repeat customer in Crystal Lake, IL. Our plumber isolated the unit at the service valves, circulated a descaling solution through the heat exchanger to remove hard-water scale, cleaned the inlet water filter and the air intake screen, inspected the burner and condensate trap, checked the venting and gas connections, and confirmed the unit was delivering its 124°F set point at full flow before returning it to service. A yearly flush keeps a Navien tankless heater efficient, quiet, and covered under warranty, which matters with the hard water found across McHenry County. Need tankless water heater maintenance, descaling, or Navien service in Crystal Lake, Cary, Lake in the Hills, or Algonquin? GSHA Services is a Navien Service Specialist based in nearby Woodstock.
