GSHA Services, LTD installed a premium Lennox Signature comfort system at a home on Jenna Court in Glen Ellyn, IL. The project included Dave Lennox Signature SLP99V modulating gas furnaces rated up to 99% AFUE, matched Lennox CX35 cased evaporator coils and Lennox Signature air conditioning condensers. Our installers removed the original equipment, set the new furnaces, cored the brick exterior and ran new PVC intake and exhaust venting with code-compliant terminations and clearances, brazed and vacuum-tested the refrigerant line sets, installed new condensate drains and gas piping, wired the outdoor disconnects, and commissioned each system with measured gas pressure, temperature rise, static pressure and refrigerant charge. The Lennox SLP99V is one of the quietest and most efficient furnaces made, modulating in 1% increments to hold temperature within half a degree while cutting gas use. GSHA Services is a Lennox and Carrier dealer providing furnace, air conditioner and heat pump installation, HVAC maintenance and repair, plumbing and electrical services in Glen Ellyn, Wheaton, Lombard, Carol Stream, Winfield, Villa Park and throughout DuPage County, Illinois.
