GSHA Services, LTD replaced the furnace and air conditioner at a home on West Kenilworth Avenue in Villa Park, IL with a new Lennox system. We installed a Lennox Elite EL296V two-stage variable-speed 96% AFUE gas furnace with a matched Lennox CK40CT evaporator coil and a new Lennox air conditioning condenser outside. Our installers removed the old equipment, set and vented the new furnace, brazed and vacuum-tested a new refrigerant line set, poured and leveled a new condenser pad, ran a new electrical whip and disconnect, installed a new condensate drain, and commissioned the system with measured superheat, subcooling, gas pressure and temperature rise. A new smart thermostat was installed and the homeowner was walked through it before we cleaned up. A Lennox Elite two-stage furnace runs longer and quieter at low fire, evens out temperatures between floors and lowers gas bills. GSHA Services is a Lennox and Carrier dealer providing furnace and air conditioner installation, HVAC repair and maintenance, plumbing and electrical services in Villa Park, Lombard, Elmhurst, Addison, Oakbrook Terrace, Glen Ellyn and throughout DuPage County, Illinois.
