GSHA Services, LTD performed a spring air conditioning maintenance tune-up at a home on Wienecke Court in Lake Barrington, IL. Our HVAC technician serviced the Goodman central air conditioner: cleaned the outdoor condenser coil, removed debris from the cabinet, inspected the fan motor, contactor and wiring, tested the run capacitor, tightened electrical connections and measured compressor and fan amp draws against the data plate. Refrigerant pressures and superheat/subcooling were checked with digital gauges, the indoor evaporator coil, blower and filter were inspected, the condensate drain was cleared and the thermostat was verified. The system was running at full capacity and ready for summer when we left. Annual AC maintenance lowers cooling bills, prevents breakdowns on the hottest days and keeps manufacturer warranties valid. GSHA Services provides air conditioning tune-ups and maintenance plans, AC repair, furnace and heat pump service and new HVAC installation in Lake Barrington, Barrington, North Barrington, Fox River Grove, Cary, Wauconda, Lake Zurich and throughout Lake County and McHenry County, Illinois.
