GSHA Services, LTD installed a Tesla Powerwall 3 whole-home battery backup system with an expansion battery and Backup Gateway at a home on Broadmoor Circle in Naperville, IL. Our licensed electricians mounted the Powerwall 3 and the add-on expansion pack on the exterior wall, installed the Tesla Backup Gateway for automatic islanding from the utility grid, ran conduit and service conductors, landed the connections in the main panel, then commissioned and tested the system and set up the Tesla app so the homeowner can monitor solar, battery and grid usage from their phone. Permits were pulled and the installation passed inspection. A Powerwall 3 keeps the furnace, sump pump, refrigerator and lights running through storm outages and can shift energy use to cheaper off-peak hours. GSHA Services is a certified Tesla Powerwall and EV charger installer providing battery backup, standby generator installation, panel upgrades, electrical repair, HVAC and plumbing services in Naperville, Aurora, Wheaton, Lisle, Warrenville, Plainfield and throughout DuPage County and Will County, Illinois.
