Akron Basement Waterproofing

Groundwater was leaking into this residential basement from both the wall and the cracks in the floor, which was causing damage to the structure, and ruined items stored on the ground. We drilled through the wall and injected a hydrophobic urethane grout to form a waterproof envelope underground on the outside of the basement wall, preventing any more inflow. This home went from un-sellable to ready to sell in one day!
