Commercial Roofing Installation using GAF Evergaurd TPO 60 Mil

Removing a modified bitumen roofing system due to recent hail damage on 1" of perlite boards and a hot mopped asphalt roofing system. Installing 4.5" of insulation boards with a GAF Evergaurd 60 Mil TPO roofing system. The awnings are being replaced with a much thicker metal and a different profile. The old style awning is also being redesigned to have no bend at the bottom. We are reframing the awnings to accept straight panels in an award blue color! This is going to be a huge transformation, that we can not wait to show off! Here are some during photos and we will update the post with after photos once the new awnings are installed.
