Residential Roof Install using IKO Dynasty - Cornerstone

This job consisted of removing existing shingles down to the decking, then re-nailing of any loose wood. If the wood was rotten when discovered, it was replaced. This job included the install of Ice and Water shield at all valleys, Synthetic underlayment to keep the roof dry, IKO Impact Resistant Shingles.
