Upgraded roof to class 4 hail impact resistant
Upon inspecting the roofing, we discovered hail damage and the customer submitted a claim to his insurance. We met the insurance adjuster out at the property and helped document ( draw chalk circles around hail impact marks left on shingles) the damage. The adjuster took the pictures of the damage and we discussed all items damaged on the property. The customer then received his initial estimate or offer from the insurance. We reviewed the estimate and noticed the shed and fence damage was not included and so we sent in a request for it to be added to the claim. The remaining items were added and the construction began. During the construction the customer wanted to add some more gutters. We quickly added the gutters to the project and now the customer has a new roof that will last, not only last but it will last longer then the previous roofing due to the hail impact resistant upgrade. We see class 4 shingles lasting twice as long as non impact resistant shingles.
