We completed a residential roof replacement for this home in DeSoto, Texas. Taking an entry level 3 tab to a high end Class 3 Shingle. Our team removed the existing materials down to the decking. We ensured the decking was sound and dried in the house with synthetic felt and ice and water barrier as a secondary moisture barrier across the decking. The project gets messy but we spend the extra time making sure nails are picked up with our magnets and trash is all in the dump as we drive away. #desoto #IKODynasty #TXRoofer #Berrygood
