This Townhome had a nice facelift as we upgraded to a class 3 IKO Dynasty shingle. Tear off went smoothly and we were able to seal up and make the transition from the neighbors roof seamless and water tight. Berry Good Roof, Berry good cleanup. Its just what we do.
