This was an appt in Acacia Greens Appts and the new home owner wanted to remove all wall mirrors and paint the walls and trim work. We also painted over wallpaper requested by the customer. We accomplished this project by taping the mirrors to avoid large chunks falling then pried the mirrors off the wall and disposed of them. For the wallpaper, we applied oil-based primer to all wallpaper, then caulked the baseboards and wall surfaces to the ceilings to avoid the paper curling back. We also cut the inside corners to allow the paper to sit tightly in the inside corners and apply caulking to secure the paper to the walls. The project came out great and on time for the new homeowner to move in without delay!
